PDR Lifetime Warranty
PDR Lifetime Warranty covers dents & dings, dent or ding, crease damage, & hail repairs, fixed by paintless dent repair, or paintless dent removal technique. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: PDR ( Paintless Dent Removal ) repairs has it's limits, due to metal expanding and stretching not all PDR dent repairs will be 100%, drilling and installing factory plugs (in jams and other inconspicuous areas) may be required to access some dents. No charge policy applies in the event paint damage occurs during the PDR repair process. Paintless dent repair carry a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own your car (excluding parts, material, rust, new damage, damaged paint such as, cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration, etc.). This paintless dent removal warranty shall become void if the vehicle is subjected to subsequent hailstorms or if Joe the bodyman can determine and verify the damage differs from the damage on the original repair order.
PDR - One Month Dent Free Warranty
We pride ourselves to offer you a free month or 31 days of extra protection warranty with all our paintless dent repair services. If you happen to be one of our customers who used our PDR service within 31 days from the repair date, we will cover you with a one month or a 31 days extra protection warranty starting from the initial dent repair service date. Some conditions apply. The free dent extra protection warranty is limited to a size of a quarter ding/dent or smaller on the same repaired panel, if such equal dent damage is to happen again within one month or 31 days of the original PDR repair service.

Unfortunately things happen and we want you to know that one more time we have taken that extra step to make any dent or ding service repair experience, beyond your expectations.
Careless people open their car doors, blowing wind, objects fall, bad luck or just plainly, it is what it is. We want to put a little extra reassurance into your mind. Its as simple as giving us a call if you happen to get dinged again (within one month or 31 days of the original repair service) on the same repaired panel, we’ll send out our dent mobile repair unit, free of charge.
Dent Free Warranty
Our free warranty also is a way to show our appreciation and a promise which complies with our mobile dent repair customer service and quality control policy, we are always looking for new ways to satisfy our clients with a little bit extra. A satisfied customer is always well taken care of.
CONVENTIONAL AUTO BODY REPAIR WARRANTY
This warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse. Specifically excluded from this warranty is rust coming through the metal scratches and gravel marks acquired from driving conditions.
METALWORK
Warranty is provided against defective workmanship and the application of materials used in repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration. We will, at our sole option, repair any metal work warranted hereby.
PAINTING
Warranty on painting related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation, excluding defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. We will, at our sole option, re-prime, the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby. This warranty is valid only when paint is applied over original factory finishes that are free of defect.
PARTS
We guarantee that parts and/or materials are first quality OEM like kind. Parts or materials used in our repairs are subject to the guarantee of that supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier's guarantee. Our conventional auto body repair services are guaranteed for one year, (excluding materials and rust repairs).
These WARRANTIES shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any prior course of dealings, also null and voided if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by us.
