APPOINTMENT BOOKING
Due to clients cancelling and rescheduling their booking appointments, we were unable to operate our business efficiently, therefore to better our mobile service and maintain a high level of customer service, we added some changes to our appointment booking policy.
1 โ We now require an appointment booking deposit in the amount of $125.00 dollars plus tax.
2 โ Deposit will be applied to the total cost of your repair invoice on the job site.
3 โ You may cancel and reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without losing your deposit.
4 โ Re-booking another appointment beyond the 48-hour period requires another deposit.
5 โ Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6 โ At our discretion, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
7 โ If within a period of 30 days from the scheduled appointment date, due to unforeseen events we are forced to reschedule, and not able to meet the rescheduled date, your deposit will be refunded.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations or reschedules require a 48-hour notice, or they will be subject to full charges and/or deposit losses. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 48-hour notice will result in the loss of your deposit for the scheduled service. Appointments that are missed and neglected to give 48-hour cancellation notice (No call, No show) will result in deposit loss and a charge of the full price of the scheduled service.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of $125.00 is required when you book your repair appointment. It will be applied to the total cost of your repair invoice at the job site. By cancelling or changing your appointment for whatever reason, your non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be forfeited.
LATE ARRIVAL
Your appointment was reserved specifically for you. We may have to cancel and or reschedule your appointment if at the time of your appointment your are late by more than 30 minutes. If we see that we don't have enough time to complete the repair due to your late arrival, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Job Refusal
This policy is to prioritize safety, respect, and high-quality service for the protection of both parties, Joe the bodyman and his clients.
Refusal Criteria:
- Safety Concerns: Jobs posing safety risks, unsafe job sites, or required tasks that exceed the technician's physical abilities will not be accepted.
- Unrealistic Expectations: We will not take on jobs with impractical timelines, or requests outside our skills or resources or physical limitations.
- Ethical Standards: Work conflicting with our ethics, such as harmful or illegal activities, will be refused.
- Client Behaviour: Disrespectful or abusive client behaviour toward staff may result in job refusal.
- Communication: Clients will be informed promptly and professionally, with an explanation for any refusal.
- Alternative Solutions: When possible, we will recommend alternative providers and encourage clients to return when conditions change.

Joe the bodyman is highly sought of as an artist in the auto body cosmetic dent removal mobile service. Depending on the season Joe's mobile services are often fully booked by one or two weeks in advance. Joe maintains and manages a waiting list to ensure you don't miss the opportunity to have your vehicle repaired by him and his exceptional skills. Defiantly worth the wait!
